To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
订阅的源更新了 A B C，然后将ABC都设为已读，当源更新了文章D ，并且rss源可以获取到ABCD时，会讲ABCD都设为新文章并且设为未读。

如果使用了 RSS 托管服务，一般是服务的拉取问题。
当然，也有可能是 RSS 源本身的问题。这个需要自己测试测试

使用的是rsshub的订阅，我测试过feedbro、reeder5、freshrss和tinytinyrss，同样的源并不会产生这种bug
