Before creating

  • This is NOT a gameplay feature from Civ VI, BNW, or outside - see Roadmap

Problem Description

I have to manually instruct workers to build trading posts, turn by turn, otherwise automated workers will undo trading post improvements into farms. I'm trying to focus on gold once a city has enough pop.

Desired Solution

Perhaps something like in the city screen specifying resource focus, in the capital city screen, or in options, adding an empire-focus [ F | G | F/G ] selector so workers know the build intent.

Alternative Approaches

Last manual build becomes the intended empire focus.

Since we have per-city focuses already, we can use that to determine best improvement for automated workers as well :D
