Where can I do this? | While we don't directly sell subscriptions via Paypal, we have allowed trusted resellers who do, to advertise their services on our forum. Please visit Resellers category on our forum to find a person who you want to buy subscription code from. |
| I have bought a subscription via Bitcoin but I'm still not assigned with Elite rank! What do I do? | Due to the nature of Bitcoin transaction, you have to wait until your payment has received at least 2 confirmations on blockchain. After it has, your rank will be updated automatically. Note: on average, it takes around 2 hours for transaction to be verified. |
| There is a person whose behavior breaks the rules. What do I do? | If there is a content on forum that breaks the rule, use the report function to notify our staff (where?). The other option is to directly contact Support or Moderator either on forum or on Discord and report the violation. |
| I used to be able to log in to my forum account but now I am not! How do I restore the access? | If that's the case, it is very likely that someone has stolen your account. In this case, please contact PRADA#3385 on Discord and describe the situation. You can also prepare some proof of your account ownership in advance. |
