SLPM-66675 and SLPM-66676 are Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, which were released in a Japan-exclusive bundle called Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+. Therefore, the cover is identical for both. For some reason, the cover in the database for both games uses the logo for Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, where the "Final Mix" is gold and doesn't have a plus. This seems to be a fanmade edit, as the official cover has "Final Mix+" in black.
