Bug Description

Whenever you enter to another area. The Area transit loading screen which has a grey background and shows a circle of the area map will shake.

Expected Behavior

Screen should stay still

System Information

Windows 10
Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti
Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor
