Cannot upload kodi log as it seems to be missing?

Expected Behavior

Here is a clear and concise description of what was expected to happen:

Able to upload kodi log.

Actual Behavior

Get error in kodi log uploader.

Possible Fix

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. enable debug mode
2. restart
3. repro
4. Disable debug
5. Restart
6. Upload old log
7. This also happens without restarts on the standard log.
