Create Custom Site Bug: Drop Dox Box for Main Site

The drop box for selecting the main site blanks when ever a text field is edited on that page. But the save button keeps the data. I have tried with Firefox and Chrome so doesn't appear to be browser specific.

Easy to work around but does cause some headaches when creating multiple custom sites before resetting the server if you forget to up date this field.
