MAJOR = 2 MINOR = 7 REVISION = 159 RELEASE = BETA / RELEASE
The odd numbered minor version will be working tree for the BETA releases, once it comes out of BETA it will be increased in minor number and will shift to the release label.
All minor versions will get their own branch, for easy up and downstream fixing and switching.
