Latest version doesn't work with EA FC24

Hi people. I have used the app for a while in FIFA 22, however, when moving to EA FC 24, it literally got desconnected when running FC24.
And when I close the FC24 it reconnects back.
I tried reinstalling, cleaning and etc, and did not found a reason.
