Mouse and kb not wirking after uninstalling hidhide #1476

After uninstaling hidhide from my laptop the keyboard and the mouse wont work. i tried following the guide by entering recovery mode in windows and use the command line regedit to fix the problem by updating the registry .but i couldn't do that because i cant type regedit the keyboard doesnt work in recoveery mode .i can only move the mouse could you please help me im stuck. And all my work is in the laptop i dont want to factory reset.
