设置wBounces为YES时 刷新在菜单顶部，下来刷新会导致子控制器列表会闪一下，是viewDidLoad被重新加载了。在父控制器下啦刷新的方法中调用了updateMenuData刷新方法，但是不调用子控制器不会显示数据的，感觉添加一个只刷新子控制器数据的方法就挺好的。
