User Story

As a developer, I'd like to have a small network example that is just complex enough to test most of wrangler's functionality - while still being very easy to debug and see all the network values in a single scroll.

As a user, I'd like to have a small network example that is just complex enough to understand most of wrangler's functionality without having to grok a large network.

Improved small-network example

Now has enough nodes and transit to test most functionality - quickly and more importantly - easy to debug!

Fixes #343
