Directions say:
useradd -m -g wheel -s /bin/bash {USERNAME}

What works:
centos7 useradd -m -g wheel -s /bin/bash {USERNAME}

And for newbies, it might help to re-iterate that those commands are run from the same directory in an Admin command shell, as the distro. It's there but if you are a newbie, you'll get frustrated...

I think that part is unfriendly too.
I'll rewrite it later.

I think the documentation is immature, but I'm sorry I can't afford to spend time on it.
