integrate OpenAPI & JSON Schema

This would make it easier to integrate with other tools - potentially allowing straightfoward integration with any OpenAPI-capable server.

The wq configuration object would be updated to be more like an OpenAPI spec. In particular, the form description would change from XLSForm-JSON to JSON Schema.
