When 0.12 including Network Portals is finished, BEFORE MOVING ON:

Reformat and Comment ALL Code. Especially the one in NetworkManager, NetworkPortals and DatabaseManager.

Otherwise, half a year from now on, nobody will remember what the code actually does!
