hi,
I've installed Workspacer 0.9.12.184 Prerelease from the msi file. anytime I launch it, it notifies about the new update. And pressing Update doesn't do anything.

Weird. I guess it might be related to AutoUpdater.Net or OctoKit updates.

Do you know at which version this started happening (for you)?

it just happens on this preview version. i have been always using the stable release which doesn't have this issue.

Could be that the tag/release does not exist?

I believe the point at which the location of the bar is set is done here
