Request feature to set a window to span both primary & secondary areas

Currently, we have a primary & secondary areas.
Each window can be assigned to sit in either one of those areas.
We can increase/decrease the width of the 2 areas & width of all windows in it will increase/decrease accordingly.

It would be nice to have a feature where we can set a particular window to span both the areas and it's width will become equal to screen width. And also, it would be nice if we can control if this window sits at the top or the bottom of the screen.

So, we just need these new keybindings.

1. Toggle window to span both primary & secondary areas
2. Set window position to the bottom of the screen
3. Set window position to the top of the screen
