Updating workshopper documentation

@linclark posted a long time ago about authoring workshopper lessons Which is really cool but by now slightly out of date. I think as part of #10 it would be cool to have a similar repo here in workshoppers (ping: @linclark do you think it is a good idea to move the repo over to here?)
