lost all my storyboarding

I lost all of my storyboarding. Not sure why. It came up with a enoet error when I tried to save the project. Annoyingly your pop up messages kept coming up to say there was no need to save as it saves automatically. Anyway the files dont exist now, nothing infact did save correctly. and when I went to screenshot all the slides before closing the project, because I knew something fishy was a foot, all of the slides went blank. Is there a way to recover this?

I like the app, but I obviously cant use it or recommend it if it engages in psychological torture.
