Create front page of website using any service or tool of your choosing
Put the front page of website on github and confirm that it runs

2023-04-14:
Need a bare minimum working site before we try to set this up. Genesis already has something great!

Make the "Apply" button link directly to Google form externally (later: we will try to embed it)
Learn how to export the Wix site
