Description

When I convert the attached html page to pdf it
a) reduces the width - should fit an A4 page between 10mm margins but it leaves a gap on the right - and
b) inserts extra lines and page break
How to reproduce

Use xkhtmltopdf on the html with default options - see the attached pdf
Expected behavior

When I print to pdf from Chrome on windows or Safari on Mac it looks just like the html, fits the A4page with no extra page breaks
