How to Escape colons " : " in a Page Title for MDX Files

I've tried a few different ways but \ gets displayed in the title.

For example: 5 Ways to Improve Your Productivity:\ A Detailed Guide

Not used to working with YAML. For anyone else searching, simply put the page title in double quotes.
