Basic information

  • On-premises: yes
  • Installation type: demo
  • Docker image version d0319f9

How did you install Wire?

Im running everything within the docker image provided above pulled from quay.io/wire/wire-server-deploy.

Question

Im following the instructions here within the container to set up my own wire server offline for demo purposes. Is the docker image supposed to be ran on the server vm or the client vm or the admin vm?

After the ansible-playbook step found at https://docs.wire.com/how-to/install/kubernetes.html, i do not see the artifact folder with admin.conf.

If there's an easier way to set up my own wire server without havent to set up kubernetes, do let me know!

Edit: Found it in inventory/demo/ instead.
