winston writes to files "sometimes"

Hi, how could it be, that winston just writes into files sometimes? And that winston.error written messages are missing?

For the record: I'm also experiencing this issue. Logs that appear in the console are sometimes missing from the file logs. I notice there are a number of open issues all related to missing logs in files. I'm using 0.7.2
