Use Case

We should make winglibs discoverable through the wing documentation.

Proposed Solution

At the minimum, just render a list with the description and links of winglibs like we have in the readme. It will go a long way to improve discoverability

Longer term we would want it to be a full catalog with api docs and all the magic
