Support more options in Process.spawn #48

The parent process should be able to restrict the permissions and privileges of the child process:

deny file access (or restrict to a chroot)
deny network access (eventually)
deny spawning again
make the child headless i.e. no Window instance
limit resources: CPU time per sec, max heap size, etc.
