Describe the bug

Described below

To reproduce

  1. Open a flow - "Saved inputs"
  2. Click "Save Current Input"
  3. Now it renders as in the screenshot (first row!), which is different after reload (second row!)

Expected behavior

Should not render differently from relead, should not render "By" without name.
