feature: Show path of sub-flow (if too long or any summary set)

I cannot see the full path of a sub-flow, if the name is too long. It is also not visible if any summary is set. If I want to jump to the edit view of a sub-flow (main use case), I then have to:

• Delete summary (if existing) temporarily
• Manually remember the start of the flow (which is now shown on the left, at least in parts)
• Switch to the home view (in another tab) and hope that is only giving me one result in the global search

The path of the sub-flow should be shown at least somewhere in the right panel

Optimally, it should allow a direct jump to an edit view of this sub-flow.
