Enhancements

• Renewed code signing certificate.
• Forced background color disabled by default, must now specifically be enabled in settings.json by configuring UI.Color.Background to "black". So far this is the one and only option available.

Bugs

• Fixed typo in settings ParellelBatchSize > ParallelBatchSize, as noticed by @sunstarjeff in v2.2.7 #2509).
• Disable VT100 color coding on Windows 2012 or lower (Strange characters displayed in application (Windows 2012) #2513, first reported by @SistemasMabisy)
• Fix crash on redirected console output ("(IOException): The handle is invalid" when running wacs.exe in some consoles #2519, reported by @davist)
• DeleteStaleFiles had been set to true by default, but is supposed to be false (seen by @North3rnL1ght in Settings.json DeleteStaleFiles default value #2518)
