Append "Last Output" from Healthcheck to WEBHOOK_URL message #81

Would it be possible to add the last output from the Healthcheck to the existing message

eg "Container XXXXX (949155d6fe15) found to be unhealthy. Successfully restarted the container! The last output was ABCDEF"
