how to run without any server (xampp, wapp)

Hi Team,
this plugin work only we project run on server like xampp, wampp etc. But what if i want to use wiht plain html. actually i am creating a chrome extension and want to run i18n without any server. So is this possible?

sure! you do have to include the translation strings withing your JavaScript app. In the case of https://github.com/wikimedia/interactiontimeline the build script (webpack) bundles them into the single JavaScript file.
