move widget-gen workaround to widgetti

ipyvuetify is referencing a widget-gen patch in it's package.json: https://github.com/mariobuikhuizen/widget-gen, Should it be moved to widgetti org for consistency with ipyvuetify and ipyvue ?

@mariobuikhuizen what's the status of this, I guess we still use this for ipyvuetify right? What needs to change for this move?

another open-question is also is the workaround still needed or could ipyvuetify rely on the latest npm version ?
