Just noticed this several times now while testing a map. Either frisians ai build forester houses too late, or didn't build a forester within 2 hrs game time, see attached save game. Most problematic a charcoal kiln was build, but no forester...

To reproduce

  1. Start a game with an ai frisians tribe

Expected behavior
Frisians (and probably all other tribes) should build forester houses as soon a lumberjack/woodcutter was build. And never build a charcoalkiln if no forester was build.
