Equipment or categorie Issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to training
2. Equipment or categorie
3. Add entry
4. Go to exercise
5. Add a exercise
6. Caterogie or equipement added previosuly not showing up

Expected results:
Possibility to add equipement, and caterogie to create new exercise

Hi! It is possible to add them to new exercises (here, "test 123"). The problem right now is that these strings need to be extracted and translated to be displayed correctly. I'll open a new issue to handle this better

I just restart the server and now it showing up .. but unfortaly when i add one equipment or categorie is not showing up when adding exercises ...
Does anything i should do empty the cache or ?

EDIT : same thing with muscle i added "Ulna" for Forearms

In exercise after reload, removing cache for my browser, ulna is not here

it should show immediately, but restarting the server won't hurt
