Publish as package

(issue for the future when there's time or if somebody wants to tackle this)

At the moment, the compiled bundle is copied to the wger backend. This is a manual process and as such it doesn't happen very often so things like updated translations etc. are not available as soon as they could. An alternative would be to release this as a package or a Github release with version number etc. which would be added to the backend as a regular dependency.
