Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run the app in any mode, it starts very slow.
  2. Hot restart and hot reload taking up more than 5s.

Expected results: App should run smoothly on start and hot reload and restart should not take more than 2-3s

Actual results: App is taking too much time to load and then, hot restart and hot reload takes up more than 5s

Logs 
     Scudo OOM: The process has exhausted 256M for size class 1104.
