How to use screenreaders or text-to-speech functions with wezterm?

I am working on a TUI for a tool I'm writing and I was wondering if there's any built-in accessibility features in wezterm for users with vision disabilities, such as support for screen readers, a built-in text to speech features, or even a common hack users can use to accomplish this?

I eventually want to write a web app for my tool, but in the meantime, I want to include a guide with my documentation on how to use a modern terminal to use the tool.

If there's not any text to speech support or easy hacks right now, would you open putting these features on a roadmap?

Wezterm would probably need to offer integration with macOS's accessibility features for selected text.
