Sometimes comments are lost. Make sure they are preserved by leveraging @wessberg/ts-clone-node.

Converting cjs to esm is easier in manual. The tool is totally useless, needs an urgent fix.

Feel free to contribute or to build your own tool. Both are a thousand times more productive than just calling a tool "totally useless", which, if I may say so, is a pretty negative way to go about reaching out to a project maintainer of an open source project.

It isn't mine either. Calling something "totally useless" directly to the person who created it is pretty rude, yes. But yes, I get it. Preserving comments at all times would be nice.

fwiw, removing comments and whitespace is annoying, but this tool is awesome. Thanks for creating it.
