            <p>DM Abbey Coaching and Consulting provide our clients personal attention through coaching and consulting practices that develop, grow, clarify, and test perspectives. We then work with our clients to create measurable and attainable goals and a clear pathway to their completion.

            <h4>About the Founder:</h4>

            <p>Derek Abbey has a in depth knowledge of group and organizational dynamics, as well as a theoretical and practical background in leadership practice.  He is a scholar, educator, and public speaker. Derek has decades of experience that include working in various locations around the world and across a variety of cultural boundaries.  In 2015, he started DM Abbey Coaching and Consulting because of his passion for and commitment to helping others.</p>
