AprilDelivery guildThe werf developers and the DevOps teams at Flant work closely: any engineer can ask for help in the werf chat room. This way, engineers can solve problems related to delivering customer applications faster. We felt that this interaction could be even closer and more productive, so we created the delivery guild. For now, it's just an experiment (we'll see how it goes). The guild includes experienced engineers from different teams as well as werf developers. Every week, they discuss various pressing issues related to the projects as well as to werf development. The down-to-earth goal of the guild is to jointly develop best practices and prioritize the development of features concerning specific tasks within the Flant ecosystem. The global goal is to balance the planned werf evolution and the development of essential features that are in demand from customers and the community. Project development progress
