unable to install on macos 11 beta 10 with xcode 12 #21

Describe the bug
when installing with hommebrew

Your Xcode does not support macOS 11.0.
It is either outdated or was modified.
Please update your Xcode or delete it if no updates are available.

current suspect is python@3.8. ffmpeg depends on. python need xcode to install on homebrew

and currently on big sur beta build, the formula was broke
