Drag and drop doesn't work in MS Edge on Win10

When I try to drag and drop a file in MS Edge on Win10 I get the red circle with a line through over the dragged item instead of the move indicator when the item is over the dropbox. IE11 on Win10 works fine.

Any ideas what I need to do to get this working?
