Is there a way to incorporate a simple one field form in the first slide or

asking for a username or e-mail address and then matching it with a pre-made list in a JS file in the static folder. If the username or e-mail matches one in the list, slide or
scrolling is enabled, if not then scrolling is disabled and the viewer is "stuck" on the first slide
