[Bug]: Collections not updating properly when editing from the metadata widget

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

When deleting items that were in a collection or adding archived items to a collection, they do not seem to properly update the collection count or size.

Reproduction instructions

1. Create or add an existing crawl to a new collection using the edit metadata option
2. Check if the collection has been updated to include that item

Hmm... This might only affect uploads? Can't reproduce super reliably with crawls.

I don't think so.... I wanted to file this issue to come back to it but also haven't been able to reproduce so far. Can close for now I think.
