When scrobbling music from Apple Music Web Player, it gets the metadata from the official metadata. Apple Music allows you to change the metadata of the tracks if you have iTunes or Apple Music app installed.
It would be ideal if the data that it gets pulled and scrobbled as the ones that you edited, and not the original ones that gets displayed on the Now Playing top bar.
As we can see there that the changes made in iTunes are visible there on the web player, that metadata is stored somewhere, but the ones being scrobbled are the ones showing in the Now Playing.
