Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My problem is that I use this extension on my school computer, and last.fm (alongside many other sites) is blocked. Whenever I use web scrobbler on school wifi, none of the songs I listen to get scrobbled.

Describe the solution you'd like
If a song isn't able to get scrobbled, for whatever reason, I request for the extension to keep track of it internally, and let the user either download it as a json list (and can use a tool like scrubbler to scrobble it manually) or attempt to scrobble with the extension again.

I could probably just cope but idk

This is already a feature. See the cache tab in settings. You can try to edit and rescrobble the past 1000 scrobbles.
