Currently we have a vendored copy of ohm.js at webapp/components/ohm.js, seeming 0.14.0.
webapp/components/ohm.js
ohmjs/ohm#185 introduced ES module support in 16.2.0, so we should now be able to just use the standard module installed via npm AFAICT?
