SCA: cis_centos7_linux.yml is missing rules that are in "CIS CentOS Linux 7 Benchmark (v3.0.0 - 06-30-2020)"

The following rules are missing:

1.1.22

Rule 1.1.24 has wrong compliance label:

cis: ["1.1.22"] should be - cis: ["1.1.24"]

Found a lot more missing rules. Wil add them soon to this issue.
