DTT2 - Iteration 1 - Allocation module - Rework custom provider configuration

Epic #5181

In the development inherited by the QA team, the module allows execution by providing a file with the custom configuration of the VM.
This option was not maintained enough by us so currently using this option generates some errors.
We need to revalidate what the use case is for this parameter and make the necessary corrections so that it works correctly.

• Review the objective of this parameter with the QA team
• Correct current errors that arise in the use of this parameter
• Check if the parameters that must be indicated in the configuration file are sufficient for the module to run alone using --custom-provider-config
