Description

Testing the steps necessary to answer the https://github.com/wazuh/community/issues/24203 community issue (wazuh/wazuh-docker#1289), I found an incongruence in the docker-compose files if a custom docker-compose is kept

Related documentation: https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/deployment-options/docker/upgrading-wazuh-docker.html#keeping-custom-docker-compose-files
Related v4.7.3 docker-compose file: https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-docker/blob/v4.7.3/single-node/docker-compose.yml

Comparing the v4.3.10 (left) and the v4.7.3 (right) docker-compose files, the following changes are reported

The documentation only refers to the version and some volume changes related to paths, we need to check this and complete the documentation if necessary as we can be missing essential functionality

The stack can be deployed using only the changes proposed in the documentation, but it can be deployed also with the docker-compose from the v4.7.3 tag
